How the CGFNS Process Works
Create a Free Account
–Create your free account in the CGFNS Connect Applicant Portal to apply for our services and receive help from Applicant Navigation Services.
-After you verify your email, fill in the personal information section that we use to confirm your identity. You will then be asked to upload a passport-sized photo to your account.
You do not have to submit any payment information or make any purchases to create an account.
Select Your Service
Using the Service Wizard, select the CGFNS service(s) you need and choose the authority where your report should be sent. You will be able to see how much your order will cost before you begin filling in the application.

Apply & Complete Your Order
Complete the application and pay the fee.
The application includes multiple steps and may take 30 minutes or more to finish. If you cannot complete the order in one sitting, your progress is saved automatically, so you can return later and finish where you left off.
Before you begin, be sure to have information regarding your:
- Secondary education
- Tertiary/Higher professional (Healthcare) education
- Additional education, if any
- Professional work experience
- Professional licenses or registrations
- Official identity documents
You will be able to pay the fee(s) for your order online.

Request Your Documents
Submit document request forms to your academic and professional authorities.
After you pay for your CGFNS order, you will be able to access forms to be sent to your schools, previous employers, and licensing bodies requesting that they send your academic and professional credentials to CGFNS.
For most services, the documents must be sent by the issuing authority directly to CGFNS. View the document submission requirements for each CGFNS service >>
We Evaluate Your Documents & Send Your Report or Certificate
CGFNS’ International Credential Evaluators verify and evaluate your documents and generate your report or certificate.
Turnaround times for reports and certificates vary depending on your service and country of education.
