How to Submit Documents

Secondary Education Requirements FAQ

  • The acceptable Secondary Education Documentation varies per your country of graduation. We may require a diploma issued from the Ministry of Education (for certain Eastern European Countries and Russia), a certificate issued from an external examining body (for countries such as in the Caribbean, most of Africa, the United Kingdom and India), or a diploma issued from the secondary school (for regions such as Southeast Asia, South / North America and Europe).
  • You may submit your secondary school diploma or certificate through Contact Us at https://external.cgfns.org/cerpassweb/processContactUs.do. Please be sure the document is a PDF file. If you do not have your diploma or certificate, you may contact your school and request they provide your official transcripts. For countries that issue a certificate from an examining body, please request that the examining body send us your results directly via postal mail.

Note: For the VisaScreen® and Certification Program services, if your education was completed over 10 years ago, this requirement will be waived. Other services will retain this requirement.

We require a specific document based on your jurisdiction. If you submit a secondary document that is not the requested one for your country, it may be rejected. Please note if your secondary document is not in English, we require a copy of the translated document as well. Applicants may translate this document themselves if rejected for translation and submit this via Contact Us. Please refer to your correspondence outlining the required document’s rejection for further information.

You can translate your secondary school document, provide a certified statement of accuracy, and submit this via Contact Us.
