Arizona Licensure & Registration Info

The Arizona State Board of Nursing licenses registered and practical nurses in the state of Arizona. Arizona is part of the Nurse Licensure Compact, meaning that nurses from other states in the compact do not need to apply for licensure unless they plan to make Arizona their primary licensing state. Initial licensure is by examination.
