Due to continued health concerns/closures in China, CGFNS will not administer the CGFNS Qualifying Exam for ISPN in November 2022. It is our plan to discuss delivery of the exam during the March 2023 testing window. All applications expiring prior to March 2023 will be extended at no additional cost to the test taker.

Eligibility
To be eligible, you must:
- be a nurse, licensed to practice within the People’s Republic of China
- reside in and be a citizen of the People’s Republic of China
- have graduated from a government-approved nursing school
- have your status as a first-level, general nurse verified

Please contact China Health if you require assistance. Once you submit your application, no further edits can be made. If you need to make a change of any kind, including your email or contact information, you must send a letter to inform China Health of the change.

- One copy of your nursing school diploma*
- One copy of your government-issued nurse registration document
- One copy of your personal identification card

*In the event that the institution from which you graduated no longer exists, China Health will assist by contacting the proper authority (for example, the provincial department of health or education) to request official verification of your attendance.

Verifying your Documents
China Health will notify applicants by mail of the following:
- Receipt of documents
- Verification process results (by phone or mail)
- Whether exam eligibility requirements have been met

This fee includes:
- Verification of license and transcript documents
- The CGFNS Qualifying Exam
- ISPN certificate for individuals who submit all required documents and pass the Qualifying Exam.

CGFNS International No Refund Policy: Before you apply to the ISPN Program in China, please be aware that CGFNS International has a “no refund” policy. Even if you do not meet the eligibility requirements, this policy is enforced. Please keep this in mind prior to submitting your application.
About the Exam
Exam Format
The CGFNS Qualifying Exam® is a computer-based, multiple-choice exam. You will be provided with 3 hours to complete the exam (about one minute per question).
After the exam
Approximately 10 to 15 business days after the exam, you will be able to access your exam scores through the CGFNS Connect system.
After you have successfully passed the CGFNS Qualifying Exam®, CGFNS International will conduct a final review to ensure that all requirements have been met. Upon completion of this final review, your CGFNS ISPN Program Certificate will be issued.
